3. Products & Delivery

Digital Products

Digital products (e.g. eBooks, templates, journals) are delivered electronically immediately after purchase, via platforms like Gumroad or email. No shipping applies.

Physical Products

Physical products (e.g. printed books, merchandise) are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (if required).
Payments are processed securely via Gumroad or other listed providers.
The seller may operate under the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), meaning no VAT is shown on invoices.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. No refunds will be issued.

Physical Products

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
